Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Fortifyze platform ("Fortifyze", the "Service"), provided by Trufe. This page is a summary and will be superseded by the definitive master agreement executed with your organisation.

Proprietary rights

Fortifyze, including its software, design, content and trademarks, is the proprietary property of Trufe and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with your agreement.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful data-protection and compliance purposes;
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or circumvent access controls;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and the data you connect.

Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you connect to or process through the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to connect and scan those sources, and for the configuration of exposure levels and access within your organisation.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and may update features over time. Material terms will be governed by your executed agreement with Trufe.
